The BPI Digital Derby, a series of online horse racing events hosted during lockdown, has raised nearly £1000 for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.  A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated and took part.

In a bid to raise money for charity and spread a little joy, hats were donned and bottles of fizz popped as guests caught up with each other and took in the race action from the comfort of their own homes.  The money raised over the online events has been matched by BPI.  Special thanks to Reward Finance Group for generously sponsoring ‘Ladies Day’ drinks and to ABL Business for matching donations raised at the same event.

Georgia Lane from Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice said: “We’d like to say a huge thank you to BPI. The money raised will go a long way in helping us to support local children with life-shortening conditions and their families across West Yorkshire. We have to raise £4 million every year, and with less than 4% of this coming from the government, we rely on the support of the community and local business to assist our fundraising efforts. We simply couldn’t do what we do without companies like BPI.” https://www.forgetmenotchild.co.uk/
