BPI Asset Advisory (BPI AA) continues to grow its RICS asset valuation & disposal business with the appointment of Luke Hartshorn as Director.

Luke joins the dynamic BPI team bringing with him a wealth of experience accrued over 18 years working in the industry.  His experience across insolvency and advisory instructions include profile cases within the modular building, engineering and manufacturing sectors, in addition to ABL valuations and bankruptcy work, further strengthens the asset advisory team.

Luke will work alongside Director Andy Cromack (MRICS) to deliver asset valuation & disposal services.

Since launching in 2019, BPI Asset Advisory has challenged the traditional landscape for asset valuation and disposal.  Its modern approach quickly established the firm as agent of choice for many of the UK’s largest insolvency firms as well as independent, boutique and asset finance clients.

Luke Hartshorn said of his new role: ‘I’m delighted to be joining one of the fastest growing firms in the marketplace. The teams’ proactive attitude, commitment to clients and ambition to grow made it an obvious choice for me.  I’m very much looking forward to
supporting the firm’s growth moving forward.”

Andy Cromack says: “We pride ourselves on the calibre, drive and work ethic of our team so Luke was a natural fit for us.  His appointment further extends our capacity to undertake the large, multi-site instructions as well as supporting our progression into valuations & disposals for the lender market.”

BPI MD, David Boulton says: “We’re delighted that Luke is joining the asset advisory team at such an exciting time for us.  Significant investment in BPI’s technology & processes has primed us for ongoing growth.  Luke’s arrival marks yet another step on that journey.”

Now totalling nearly 45 employees, uptake of BPI’s transparent, proactive service and uncompromised speed of delivery is seeing the firm’s continued expansion across the insolvency, lending, engineering, manufacturing and construction sectors.
